Parchment

The Monroe City School District has partnered with Parchment for ordering and sending your high school transcript and other credentials securely. Below you will find the link for your high school to place your order.

This resource is also used for third-party Education Verification requests.

Note: These links are for regular high school transcripts, not for GED/HiSET graduates.

GED/HiSET graduates must use https://diplomasender.com/ to request their records. 

​

• If you have questions regarding how long your transcript will take or any other questions regarding your transcript order, you will need to call Parchment as they are the provider.  The HELP number is: 847-716-3005.
   

• If you DID NOT GRADUATE, transcripts prior to 2002-2003 may not be available. You will need to call the last high school you attended, and they MAY still have those records.
   

• If you graduated from a high school that is now closed, request your transcript from Louisiana Department of Education at this link:
