Welcome to Clara Hall Elementary School! Clara Hall Elementary School is located at 1000 Plum Street in Monroe, Louisiana. Our school serves approximately 345 students in grades pre-kindergarten through second grade. Clara Hall's faculty and staff passionately believe that each child can learn and be successful in our competitive world.
