CC:  Students are to record in the table below every effect of the air that they observe. Students are to repeat the process for pans B, C, D, and E and record all observations, including sketches of appearance of media in the pan. After the set of trials is completed, students are to smooth out the media in each pan.

 

Wind Impact Table

 

The table for this activity is available in Word format.  Students can write observations directly on the table.  In addition to sketching the steps of the activity, students may use a digital camera and take pictures of each step. These images can be inserted into PowerPoint to make a slide show or inserted into a Word document and explanations typed under the picture.
