CC:  As the students discuss, the teacher will record on an overhead transparency, chart paper, chalkboard or computer/projector using Inspiration software.

CC:  Students will be shown a sketch of a literal representation of an idiom. For example, the idiom spilling the beans can be drawn as a stick figure turning a can of beans upside down. The students will create their own drawings of idioms to share with the class or display.
