CC: Put the following statement on the board: "If you obey all the laws, you will fulfill your responsibilities as a citizen of Louisiana and the United States." Ask students to consider whether they think this is a true statement. Have them create scenarios that support or refute this statement. Have students create a cartoon that supports or refutes this statement. Guide students in a brainstorming session to find examples in their lives to support their opinions.
