CC: Divide students into three groups and have each represent one branch of the U.S. government. Assign students in each group to roles found in their branch of government (e.g., president, vice president, cabinet members for the executive branch; senators and representatives for the legislative branch; Supreme Court justices and federal judges for the judicial branch). Ask the students in each group to research the responsibilities, powers, and limits that apply to their branch and to their individual roles.
