Empowering Parents as Teachers Too - On the Road to Success (EPATT) is a Monroe City Schools Title I Parental Involvement program. It is coordinated by Edith Lowe-Douzart, Director of Special Services. The instructional mobile van has a certified instructor, Mrs. Nydia Walker-Sims, and a paraprofessional, Mrs. Barbara Hargrove,  who provide on-site services to parents and children.
