Mission The Opportunities Industrialization Center of Ouachita's mission is to educate, train, and secure employment for persons who are economically or socially disadvantaged, enabling them to lead a productive, self supportive life.

Objective Helping people to get jobs so they can become independent, self supporting, productive citizens.
